VisionWorks Terms: Wholesale.
This is the Wholesale website for VisionWorks, featuring wholesale pricing for stores who are buying for resale.

To buy wholesale, you need to send us your tax resale number. Initial orders must be prepaid or shipped COD. We can accept credit cards orders using Visa or Mastercard. To establish open credit with Net 30 day billing, please request and fill out our credit application. Sorry, at this time we cannot accept other credit cards.
The minimum order for wholesale pricing is $50.00 in products. This is usually very easy to meet with the popular products we offer from many publishers. If it is your first order, we can fill orders that are a little smaller, but then we need to add a "small order fee" of $4.00
There are also Minimums Per Item. Postcards need to be ordered in Dozens. We prefer Notecard orders in dozens, but can also work with 6 per style. Buttons & Bumper Stickers must be at least 6 copies per style. Books, Calendars & Magnets can be ordered in any quantity.
Shipping is generally by UPS in the United States, so be sure to include a street address, and let us know if UPS considers it to be residential rather than a commercial delivery address. We can start off thinking of a Flat Rate of $8.00 per order for shipping, but that amount is usually adjusted up or down to what the actual cost is with UPS. If you need your order in a rush or by a certain date, please be sure to let us know.
Returns: All calendars are returnable for full credit. We ask that you limit your returns to 25% or less of your total calendar purchases. To be eligible, calendar returns must arrive in our warehouse by February 12th. We need to receive Full Copy returns. If you are mailing close to our deadline or have any other questions, please phone us. Books in new condition can be returned for credit 3 to 12 months after the invoice date. Cards and bumper stickers are not returnable.
Printed Catalog: The best way to get a catalog, is to request one with an order. Much of the catalog is only in black and white, and it may not be as current as this web site, we realize many buyers prefer to use a printed catalog. You can also choose to be added to our list to receive email newsletters -- which can alert you to new items or features on our web site, as well as discuss other relevant topics.
